Hennepin County Board bans bullying at work

This is a small, yet significant achievement by AFSCME Local 34 at Hennepin County. This Local made workplace bullying a priority during negotiations and by educating their members, the employer and the community.

Here is the definition as adopted : "Workplace bullying is persistent behavior by a person or group that is threatening, humiliating and/or intimidating".

Hennepin County adopts respectful workplace policy

We need to make this a priority at the University of Minnesota.
